Please note that live plants and fresh-cut stems are final sale due to their delicate nature, but we are happy to address any quality concerns immediately upon arrival.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our guest services team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't fit your space.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item back in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our farm warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
